Um, so, are you going to be able to come back and work on Dangerous Delve/Dungeon Denizens/Whatever eventually?

I'm thinking of moving the game to ShiVa engine or possibly even Unreal Development Kit. If we move to UDK the game might have to become less of an MMO, but more of a cooperative RPG.

Or perhaps Unity, maybe. I just don't think Esenthel is going to work.

From what i've seen UDK looks like the best option for you.

Delve of Doom

Sorry, I have been really busy with school, and things. I will get my storyline idea to you ASAP.

Ok. Sorry I haven't been posting a lot. So anyways, I checked the docs, and it seems that you guys have no storyline, and I'd like to help brainstorm with you. And It seems hgf is doing that, so I'll try to contact him/her to help them.

Ok, for story I was thinking something along the lines of:

Five or six gods create the world.

They populate it with Elves, Dwarves, Humans, etc.

The first kingdoms are founded across the world. The most powerful is the human kingdom of the Shield Lands.

There's a war between the lesser races (Orcs, Ogres, Goblins, Etc.) and the Elves, Dwarves, Humans, Halflings etc., the Orcs and Ogres are defeated and they retreat to the mountains and deep forests.

The world is at peace for hundreds of years (other than raids on outlying human villages by Orcs and Ogres and such).

The Dwarves are driven out of their northern mountain kingdoms by an army of Goblins and Gnolls.

Scouts report that a dragon by the name of Ashcalon has taken up residence in the caves to the northeast.

A lich (name not decided) raises an army of undead. They ravage outlying villages. The army is spending most of their time fighting the risen hordes.

So yeah. That's my idea.

Can we decide on Delve? Does anybody not really like that?

That sounds awesome! I'll start writing something like that with some more detail. Maybe at the start of he game we could have a cutscene that tells a legend of the first kingdoms?
