Could you create a competitive battling moveset for this team: Torterra, Staraptor, Garchomp, Gallade, Magnezone, and Gengar? Also include desired EVs, Items, Nature, and Position. (if you're wondering what a position is, it's like sweepers, tanks, annoyers, etc.)

For gengar, I recommend this:
Role: Sub-spec sweeper
Item: Leftovers
Timid Nature
Substitute
Shadow ball
Focus blast
Hypnosis
EV's: 4 HP, 252 SpAtk, 252 SPD

I don't want gengar to be a defensive pokemon, plus its defences stink, so I'll replace Substitute for Thunderbolt. Hypnosis is OK, but I should replace it due to low accuraccy. And what is a SUB special sweeper? so remember: I need a Hypnosis replacement, and a sub-spc. sweep def.

A sub special sweeper is a pokemon that sets up a substitute to keep it safe and then sweeps using its special attack stat.
Basically, the Gengar puts the pokemon to sleep, sets up a substitute then goes on a rampage.
Just look through this site to find the best ones for your specific pokemon:

If you're feeling creative, make one of your own, although it can sometimes be a bit hit and miss as to whether your set works or not.

You should really go with that Gengar strategy, I always do that and it always works.
Maybe you should use a defensive subseeder strategy with Torterra. I only keep 2 sweepers on my team, so those should be Garchomp and Gallade.
Staraptor should be assigned ChoiceBander, so use this strat:
Item: Choice Band
Nature: Jolly/Adamant (you'll have to figure this one out based on your needs in battle)
Brave Bird
Close Combat
Double edge
U turn/Pursuit
EV's: 4 HP, 252 ATK, 252 SPD
Celebi and Exeggutor are sure to tremble under the pressure of Brave Bird, so use Pursuit before they can switch out. U turn could be switched with this move to get a hit as well as get the heck outta there.
REMEMBER TO KEEP STARAPTOR AT THE FRONT OF THE TEAM!!!!!! His ability, Intimidate, can really cut down on the sweepers that people usually put out first.

Garchomps easy.
@52 Attack 252 speed
Earthquake
Crunch
Dragon Claw/ Dragon rush
Dragon Dance/ Surf
Pretty basic garchomp. Earthquake as main hit, dragon dance for stats boost,
Dragon Claw for accuracy, rush for strength.
I am pretty sure that it can learn surf, which would be very funny to put on it.
P.S. I am looking for a squirtke and a kabuto. Willing to trade one shiny for the pair.

Actually, you shouldn't put surf on garchomp instead of DD. DD a much better choice because garchomp needs a huge boost to easily sweep through the likes of milotic and blissey.

I know, I just thought it would be funny.

Floatingmagictree: I'll go with Substitute on Gengar, but I still distrust Hypnosis, and I'll replace it with T-bolt. Gengar has enough SpAttack to still to tons of damage from behind the Substitute, even without the opponent sleeping. Gallade will be hard, he needs Ice Punch to kill flyers, and Night Slash to kill Ghosts, but I also want Psycho Cut for STAB. Close Combat will be alot easier if I combine it with Swords Dance, but that's five moves, and I'll need help deciding which to dispose of. Staraptor is pretty good, but 2 recoiling moves are bad. Also, one subsweeper is enough, and don't suggest tank for him, as Magnezone will be my tank, due to the fact that Electric only doubles one of Steel's weaknesses, not add any, and you can't forget steel's resistances.
The Saint: Garchomp NEEDS a fire/fighting/rock move to destroy Ice types, and I might replace Crunch with Draco Meteor.
Remember: I still need Torterra and Magnezone ideas, so bring in those! Also, one thing for you to think about is that this team has a TON of immunities. (Ghost, Ground, Normal, Electric, Poison, and Fighting.

You can replace double edge with return if you want. Staraptor is a choicebander, it wouldn't matter.
