So, I had these ideas. Please hear me out and think before you say anything. I'm a bit timid after the last time I suggested something.

1. A Chatroom Idea
I have heard that chatrooms have been suggested before and haven't happened. But I wanted to find an idea that would work, because chatrooms can be so useful for RPG's and such.

So, my idea is that every account gets one chatroom. They can name it, and make a decription. But the owner has to be on, and they can delete any post. If the owner isn't on, no chatroom. If someone broke the rules and the owner didn't delete it the owner would get in trouble, and maybe the rulebreaker. I know, this sounds half-baked, but I'm only human.

2. New Forum thingy
I noticed there wasn't a place in the forums where we can say "Merry Christmas!" or "Happy Halloween!" We could use projects, but I know most of us don't get many views on a project. So this would probably work better.

It could be called Internationaly Partying! and the description could be:

Is your country or religion celebrating a holiday today? If yes, post about it here!

Or something like that. Of course, you can just use the basic idea (if you even use it at all...) and change the details.

I think that's it. I'll edit if I have any others. Scratch on!

1. No. The policy is no chatrooms, period. They are difficult to moderate (even if there is only one per user), which is why they are not allowed.
2. You can use the RaP forum for a lot of that stuff.

Actually, I did. I just thought I could put my ideas and opinions out here.

Well, the "READ THIS BEFORE SUGGESTING ANYTHING" thread is for suggestions that will pretty much never be implemented, no matter how many times it is suggested. If you read the thread carefully, you would see that having chatrooms is just too risky and uses up a lot of moderation resources that can be spent elsewhere; no amount of filtering will be able to solve that issue, hence why why chatroom suggestions are met with a resounding "no".

MaC = [Things I'm] Making and Creating
RaP = [Things I'm] Reading and Playing

Generally, instead of saying what holiday that you celebrate and making a huge cluttered thread, it's easier to make one thread around the time of that holiday and have others post in it.

And that's why we don't need a new forum specifically dedicated to holidays since there is already a section where such thread can be put in.
