Well you can search in google images for "animated gifs" and you will find some moving pictures...

Welcome to scratch!

Search "animated gifs" for moving pictures.
If you want a certain type search it with animated gifs.
E.g if you wanted a moving whale picture, search: whale animated gif
If you want a moving fire, search: fire animated gif

etc

You can do that, but you can also make your own gif, or animated picture.
If you just search "how to make a gif" on Google, there are plenty of good tutorials you can find.
