Just copy the URL and paste it where you want it. To copy and paste, right-click the URL.

If it's on the forums, use the [url] tag like RedRocker said. For a comment on a project or gallery, just paste the URL in.

If it's on the forums (here) use this:
[url=projecturlhere]Blah[/url]
If it's on a comment or in the project notes of a project, just copy and paste the URL.
