Okay. In this topic what you do is:
One person starts a story and names the characters and stuff, you know, just start a good story.
Then, if they want others to participate, they leave it at a few paragraphs' length and wait. When another installment of paragraphs is put in all the next writer has to do is quote the start of another person's story and start their part of it.

Hopefully you understood that.

Okay let me try again. First someone starts a story, then if someone else wants to continue it all they do is quote the last installment added and continue it. Got it?
We can have several stories going at a time only if you follow these rules.
The first story started will use UPPERCASE LETTERS and every installment after that will use UPPERCASE LETTERS as well until it is done. If a second story is going while the first is still being written then it will be completely written in lowercase letters.
Got it?
First story, UPPERCASE
Second story, lowercase

Please use your best grammar, keep the stories appropriate, no swearing, no intense romance (i.e 2 characters in bed together, unsupervised) and use a varying assortment of genres.
Have fun and may the best writers prevail.

PS. you may be helping in the production of both stories at the same time but please remember the UPPERCASE and lowercase rule.
PPS. once a story is finished write THE END in UPPERCASE even if it is in the lowercase story. When starting the story please include a title and when adding on another installment include the title as well.

The uppercase lowercase rule seems kind of unnecessary if we're quoting anyway, and all uppercase/lowercase is hard to read!
And this seems kind of vaguely TBGish I dunno?
Maybe I'll give it a shot later

Um, the UPPERCASE lowercase rule was so it is easier to read the stories if there are more than one at a time and i have no idea what TBG is.

Good point, and this isn't a text based game. It is a story making topic where the scratch community can work together to make amazing stories. But if you want, go ahead and give me some suggestions.

It is kind of the sort of thing that would belong there though, like 'add on to the story beginning above you'
I suppose it might fit as a collaboration, though

Well it belongs in Things I'm making and creating too because scratchers, although working together, are making stories. If you want i'll delete this topic. (before Lightnin* or cheddargirl see it and close it)
