Drag it into the costume area, and each frame will be turned into a separate costume.

Try saving it onto your computer, then select the import button and go to where you saved it. I am only suggesting this way because the dragging doesn't work for everyone, but this is guaranteed.

Thanks but what do you mean by drag it?
Put your mouse on it, hold your mouse down, move it into the costume area, then let go of the mouse.
