Is there Any android version of Scratch?
I've checked market but no use.
There is a app Named Scratch sensor .
No, there isn't an android/mobile version of Scratch as of yet. Something that you might like to hear though is that after Scratch 2.0's release, the Scratch Team might start making a mobile project viewer.
I hope that this answers your question!

Cloud data will probably be released full-on along with the rest of 2.0. I tried them out, and cloud data works great.
It's an incredibly useful functionality

Hello. Just to add to the cloud varribles, DON'T WORRY ABOUT BEING THE FIRST OF YOUR KIND! other people have experimented on the cloud varribles in the Alpha (If your feeling a little bit jelous, Please note that you will have this soon, execpt bug free-ish), and there's a good friend named TobyFork234 That's experimenting. And I'm Experimenting on Severs, Abilte not offten. Heck, The New one is packed with features I don't know where to start! Anyways, It works. So, Let's end my long rambling and hope I get Quoted.
(P.S. LISTS AND VARIBLES CAN BE HIDDEN!)

From what I know, the cloud data works through the fact that it is stored on the scratch website. Also, if I'm correct, your computer (with others) and the scratch website would be constantly communicating back and forth during a project therefor keeping data up-to-date, with only 1~2 seconds of latency (or lag). That's how it works.

Depending on your firewall settings, cloud data can either update instantly or about once every 2 seconds.

Ok ........
Then I must have an unlimited internet tariff plan .
I understood the concept of cloud data but
Will the cloud variable work exactly as cloud data works ?
I think that there must be an option of Scratch 2.0 to download editor and work offline without internet connection ?

I bet there will be alot of polls/votes and chat sort of projects after scratch 2.0 is released. Its lucky scratch 2.0 wasnt available in the time of the USA elections or I can imagine an uproar of debates on actual projects as well as hundreds of voting polls on scratch We'll have to prepare for the next USA election.

We should ban such projects.....
Because Scratch is non political site. Also That can cause a conflict between scratchers.

Thats exactly what happened in USA elections. Some election topics got even front paged! (top viewed, remixed, loved and new projects)
Remixed for people adding their votes
Loved from people who agree with that person on political stuff
Viewed for people who find it interesting.
It was a disaster, heated arguments in comments etc.
That was without cloud variables...
Here is an example of one such project that got front paged. (most viewed I think)
Check its comments
