I've started designing the levels. All I've done is to decide what enemies and powerups go where. For powerups, I've Just written 'berry'. You can change that about and stuff. Also, in level 2, metagross finds a pikachu left as dead by team rocket. From then on, until he finds a full restore, half of every powerup goes to pikachu. Once pikachu is fully healed, he helps defeat enemies by paralyzing them automatically. Is that okay?

How often will the enemies be paralyzed? Be sure not to make it to overpowered.

You know in the pokemon games- the paralyzation isn't like that. Pikachu stops all the physical attacks and gives you a non- moving target. Projectile- based attacks and mental attacks still get through.
