sharing stuff like music
wouldn't it be good if on the scratch website we could share stuff to help with projects
For example, i had recorded the worms 2 armageddon theme tune on a project and someone else wanted to use it,
I could upload it to the site so anyone could use it
this could work with script fragments and also pictures

The resources website (http://resources.scratchr.org/) is pretty much exactly what you're suggesting here. Go check it out, it's very useful

thats good but if a school was using it or if you can only use this site at school (like me)
Many things are blocked
the site you suggested is classed as an 'uncategorized' site and is blocked
