Zero-Day Java Exploits effect scratch?
I know that there is a java player, but will this effect scratch? I had to wipe a computer yesterday because of it, and now I don't really trust java. Will the flash player completely replace the java player?

Technically the Java exploit shouldn't affect Scratch (or the Java Player) itself, but browsing random websites would probably be dangerous. And because Java can be exploited, web browsers should ask you for permission to run the applet before they start it. If they don't, it's probably time to get a new browser (or at least turn the "remember this answer for the future" off) that has that feature in it. Or get Linux/Ubuntu

Probably, but I don't go on random websites, mostly just Scratch and Minecraft and specific websites.
