"Stuttering" sprites in rotational scrolling engine

I just developed a rotational scrolling engine, using the following scripts:

However, when I run the program, the sprites jitter and shake around on the screen... is there an issue in my scripts or with Scratch?

Yes, that seems to only make it worse. It looks fine online, though. I think it just might be the offline player for some reason. Nevertheless, thank you for the reply.
