A nice bouncy game, i like the elevator and the bouncy stages although i do not believe we get enough of them especially the Elevator so the next step would be to add some more different levels to engage the player more!

Hello Willpower, I'm here to invite you to help out with the top ten projects of the week thread. All you would need to do is tell me which two projects you reviewed this week scored the highest every Friday. Thanks if you can help out!

I think it has got about 10 more points than last time! I think it would be kind of cool to have a few more apps, for example one that lets you choose music as it is a bit silent on the music front at the moment- it is a cool OS but i think it just needs something extra to engage the user

My first Educational/Informative project review and as you can see by all the 10s- very effective. Although there is no music in the project you have said that people should play their own music so you gained points for that. I did notice that you left somethings out like the "" round Cat and Dog. 10/10 for idea because you are using Scratch to explain Python which makes it easy for the User. I am looking forward to the others in the series

I've noticed that quite a few people who have used Python are complaining that I don't go and cover everything, even though the idea is that you learn as you go along and not all in one go. Also, how is the programming not smooth? Does it lag? And shouldn't I get more for music considering your mark scheme says "Is it needed?" If I did include music, it might be distracting, then the other scores (such as effectiveness) would go down because of it. Finally, you never stated why I lost the user-friendliness point or the glitches point, you just gave me a lower score for the sake of it. You need to mention why someone loses or gains every point, which probably explains why your reviews are quite short.

i will explain why people lose points now. You lost points for programming because, i agree it is very smooth but it is not particualy challenging compared to other programming. I never give points just for the sake of it- the User-Friendliness one was "" round cat and dog and things like that which seems to be essential in Python for them to work and the glitches one is not just glitches now, the series is not complete and as i am reviewing the whole series i took one mark off for that and little things like the cat issue combined. I did not want to take off a whole mark for a not complete series as i sort of am only reviewing the ones there are.
Also i was learning as i went along by mistakes, i accidently misspelled "variable" "varible" and the "varible = Bob" still worked which shows you can call your variables anything!

I never said you couldn't call your variables 'variable', in later ones I use a wide variety of names. I used 'variable' as an example. But I'm glad you're learning by mistakes, but I don't see how that's a point lossed on my point. I understand everything else though. I still don't see why you need round-dog and cat RIGHT NOW though when you're so early on...

I am loving the changes that you have made, i have also noticed that you have (prehaps accidently) fixed a glitch where you could move the turret which you are only supposed to be able to place in water- on land- now it is much more effective. You have gained 6 points from last time so congratulations!

The idea for this project is amazing however there are a couple of things i have picked up like sometimes when you click on Lava- you get the colour for ground and so on which means it is quite hard to make the level that you desire. Perhaps add some more different types of terrain like "Water" to add more depth to the project. Finally it would be cool if the Lava, Ground and Bounce blocks would hide when they are not clicked on so you can build over that side of the screen

iauomeur with The Dot
Scripts (Programming, how smooth?) 10/10 [wall jumping and other such things give this a 10]
Issues (Bugs & Glitches, Incomplete?) 10/10 [Very well made game with lots of levels]
Sounds (Sound Effects, Music, Required?) 7/10 [It seems like you only get music after level 23]
Graphics (Sprite Design, Stage) 9/10 [Perhaps there could be different colour backgrounds or something similar?]
Entertaining (Fun, Addictive) 9/10 [Fun but it takes a determined player to complete all the levels ]
Plot (surprises? Changes?) 10/10 [great storyline to go along with the game!]
Gamer-Friendliness (Instructions, Hard, Easy) 9/10 [it takes dedication to complete! I love the sort of walthrough you have as well
Idea (Original, Remix?) 8/10 [Sadly i have seen most of this stuff before but the walkthrough again is a bonus as well as the storyline
Re-Playability (Keep you playing) 9/10 [Very addictive game but the length might put some people off]
Personal Opinion (What I really think! This is the space for comments) 10/10
I loved this game and despite only getting to the "that looks thin" level due to not too much time i really enjoyed it and will be trying to improve over the next week and finish the game!
