I think the problem with the people on this topic is that they are pretty much ignoring his taste and are just saying stuff that they like.
Put that in a favorite songs topic. All4One never said that he wanted any faux-emo.

(how come the link didn't show up in blue so you could click on it? Could someone explain?)You need to place an [ url] tag at the start and an[/url] tag at the end (without the space in the first tag).

Simple Song by The Shins
Man On The Moon by R.E.M.
Oxford Comma by Vampire Weekend
I'm sure you've heard all of these.

You've never heard Simple Song??? It's one of their latest hits.
I was going to show Wicki Oxford Comma, because it's like her life-song.

Oh wait yeah I've heard this
I greatly prefer "The Rifle's Spiral" though. Much catchier.

Also how does one "show" a song
Are you going to show me some kind of cryptic spiky sound graph chart thing

Definitely haven't heard that one... the only full albums I've heard are Chutes Too Narrow and Oh, Inverted World.

Those are pretty good too. I think I'm gonna buy one of them. I have a $5 gift card to amazon and all their albums cost five bucks right now, digitally.

Who said I can't reccomend music as well? (Still getting Internet back.)
Portugal. The Man (break intended) is a pretty good band I recently discovered.
The song "Chardonnary" by Game Theory is a great song.
And, uhh, Foster the People has some really good songs outside of "Pumped Up Kicks". I especially reccomend "Helena Beat".
The song "Metanoia" by MGMT is just brilliant.
Also, if you like forgotten artifacts of 60's pop/rock, I would reccomend the songs "Gonna Get Me Someone" by the Game and "Friday on My Mind" by the Easybeats.
