Possible downtime this afternoon 1/7/2013
We're having some repair work done on a few of our servers, due to start in about 1/2 hour. We're going to try to keep things going while we do it, but we may have to take some downtime.

I've never seen the bar before. 
I uploaded it to the wiki. It should be implemented into the Maintenance Mode article I created.
