Comments: A good idea for a simulation for an unofficially released game. Though it could use a title screen with maybe a bit of animation and info, instead of having it in the project notes (not everyone reads that  ). There was a small glitch where sometimes when you restart the game the fly spat is still there and doesn't hide. I think also it steers to right to much and you should maybe decrease it by about 20%. Overall all the game needs to be perfect is a title screen and some extra features, like an animation and background info!

Comments: It's an ok game. It could've been made longer. The scrolling system was slightly messed up. It could have used a title screen and a plot. Not much else to say, apart from that the game needs to be worked on...

Comments: A  brilliant, simple game! It still could use some work on the layout and graphics, maybe a title page. It could use a plot for perfection. Not much to say there, maybe more complicated levels (I only died once)? Overall I liked the game... Now on to number 2!

Clarity: yeah, either that or in the bank you label the top: GOOD PROFIT and the bottom BAD PROFIT.

Accuracy: 1 house costs like 10$ to buy one, theme park 120000$??? I think it's all underpriced.

I wouldn't want to move it back, as it actually is a simulation concerning it simulates building a city. I'll regrade again.

but a shooting game simulates a firing range/violent place, a pacman game simulates a pacman maze whilst simulating ghosts, and a fishing game simulates fish and the rod and a racing game simulates a racing track and a car! everything simulates!

I just put 3000 in there. All of the projects got a higher score. Clarity is how clear it is. To me it was very unclear how to get a positive profit and in the comments I saw that players were experiencing this too. I think it would've been more clear in the bank area it tells you that the green gives you a positive profit and red decreases it.

I presumed red and green were obvious, and you do have your advisor! If you are running low, I'm sure he says "lay more zones!" only if you're extremely in the red does he say "cut back on spending" I'd recommend building lots of zones, then worrying about services later.

Comments: It's a very good idea for a contest, even though it doesn't require a lot of art. You could have made it perfectly clear by making an example instead of writing it in text. It was a bit fun and maybe you could've supplied the user the sprites to use instead of the user drawing and writing them down. Overall I liked the contest and participated in it as well!
