Oh, might work for me, I'm using OpenSuSE 12.2 64-bit on VMware Player. My GPU has CUDA which, I think, allows for full OpenGL support on the Guest. I have a also have a raspberry pi but I haven't put itchy++ on it yet.
My GPU is ATI so no CUDA
Also, I'm almost certain that I'm going to fully switch to Linux(probably arch) when I find a way to reset the bios.Take the BIOS battery out wait ten minutes then put in back in again?
I'll try

I compiled Itchy on Ubuntu, and there is one issue. The menu is again partially hidden.
What desktop does ubuntu use?
Unity.

Yay, I compiled Itchy for the raspberry pi. Will be uploading zip soon, but the menus don't work at all, it just crashes it. Will be looking into that, as it could be my cross compiling issues.
This is the error message:

I have XP with zlib, never use lzo. zlib is moderately easy, you really can cut & paste most stuff.
