EDIT: Done! There is now a chat system installed within the site. It is at the bottom of the screen. If you are logged in, you can chat with other logged in members.

Just checked out those site, but I would like to suggest that why don't you use word-press as the professional Website designers do. WordPress has huge collection of themes and even the platform is very user friendly.
