Collab Central is an online project that will be made with scratch 2.0. It will allow people to collab online, and have users join manually. They can click 'join' in the collab they want to join and they will enter their name, and they will be added to the cloud block. The owner of a collab can tell me they want their own collab on the project. I will also maybe have it so they can edit their own collab pages background or stuff.
