I was wondering how to make a Sprite copy itself when you key the a key.

Well, this is something that will be added in Scratch 2.0, but there's no way to do that in 1.4... hmm

Oh, if you want to just copy the sprite's costume, without any commands, you can use the 'stamp' block.

when [A] key pressed

Any luck? if not there are ways to make sprites work like cloning.
