This is the code that I used.

I created it folowing the instructions on this thread. It is meant to be 2 images which link to 2 different threads in Collaboration. What is wrong with the code?

Yes. Use the [url] tags.

Yes. Use the [url] tags.

I should have made myself clearer. I want it to be that when you click on the first image
it takes you to Operation: TAG SPAM in Collaboration and the second image to take you to Cats In Animations NOW HIRING when clicked on. Is this possible.

It is possible, but I think that it would be hard.. Mabye even an entirely new API for it if one to do that doesn't already exist.

I've been working on something like that... hint hint. It's not ACTUALLY possible since HTTP is a dead protocol, so it has to work on sessions. I'm still ironing some bugs out in the API, and i'm creating a GUI for it.
