I found out why!  000Webhost does not allow txt files. Maybe switch them to html?

And yeah, it is located at that link.

Yes, I beleive there is. HOWEVER, you can't do it without php.ini. I think, i'll check again.

Yep,  exactly. Make sure the master is the same as gh-pages, then remove it.
