[name removed - please don't use specific Scratcher names negatively in the forums] still hasn't gave credit after a month of asking, what do i do? Ive already flagged all of his projects and the scratch team is not listening to me.

you shouldn't flag all of his projects, only the ones he copied (unless that's all if his projects)
also dont mention individual names on here if you're having a problem with them. report it to the scratch team by email or the contact us form at the bottom of the page. just because you mentioned their name, doesn't mean we're going to help you flag it so it'll get flagged multiple times. one could be enough.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, if his project says "based on [your name] projects" under the creator, that counts as credit given to you

Kayybee pretty much explains it.
No need to go crazy and flag all of his/her projects...

The least amount of credit you need is just the based on link. If someone has copied someone else's project without the link (just imported it into a blank project) then you can flag the project then. But this isn't the case here, so it's fine.
And flagging all of their projects will just get you into trouble, so don't do that.

I asked several times and he wants to take it as his own though.

While we do very much support remixing - as it is a great way to learn and build on each other's ideas - we do not allow copying of projects. And we do insist that credit be given to the original author when a project is remixed. The credit may be the automatic credit : "based on a project by ...". We also like to see direct acknowledgement from the person making the remix - but the automatic credit is sufficient.
If you feel that a project was copied - or somebody is trying to take all the credit for a project that is a remix - please flag it. We have moderators that look into any project that is flagged and will try and determine the situation. If they find that it is a copy or a case of credit stealing, then action is taken. A simple warning is usually sent for a first offense - since many beginners experiment with the Share button and accidentally can create a copy - but if the activity continues, it can result in an account block.

I'm not sure about the rules about that
This would violate the "Attribution" condition given by the Creative Commons license, used in the "license to play", which applies to all Scratch projects. Though that's no legal document.
@OP, your best bet would be to report only the copied project(s).

it is.
And you're only supposed to report the copied projects anyway

Yep. There is a scratcher named [Scratcher A] who made a project called METAL. A remixer named [Scratcher B] remixed it or maybe even copied it and is saying in the notes: like it please. [Scratcher A] asked [Scratcher B] nicely to give credit, but [Scratcher B] did not listen. So, [Scratcher A] is threatening to flag the project if [Scratcher B] does not give credit or delete the copy. I am also threatening [Scratcher B] that I will flag it, but he did not listen.

One of my friends(scratcherA) made a project, but a remixer(scratcher B) copied his project without credit. Scratcher A flagged the copied project, but it was not removed!!!
