Dominion is a fun card game that has lots of both luck and strategy. Its page on BoardGameGeek can be found here.

This is one of the best games ever to be created. I played it at my cousins house and soon after bought the game and an expansion.

I even created two of my own cards. But I didn't know how to put the dominion background on them so I couldn't put them in the game.
