O.R.C.S. Initial Dev Upload

Hi,

In the interest of getting useful things out there for others to also enjoy I've created the basis for a large-field 2D space-sim movement/tracking/environment system.

The "player" is a rotating ship with a fixed 0,0 ref point. The "universe" is wrap-around.

Rotation is in 5 degree increments. I'll be making an animated heading gauge soon along with pressing T to select between targets.

The controls are WASD,
A and D control direction, W moves the player in that direction and S controls the radar "scope" range.

For this demonstration the plane is a +/- 100k point field (200k wide) with a max scope range of 10k so there's some room to play around and of course it can be much MUCH LARGER.  big_smile

If you find this useful or have any questions please let me know.  smile
