Don't worry, that kind of thing happens to lots of people. You're not the only one. I thought the word "noob" meant something rude, not "newbie", so I was playing RuneScape a couple of weeks ago and found someone called "noob142" or something like that. I reported them for having a bad name... And then I asked my dad what it meant a few days later because I wasn't completely sure what it meant. And he told me it meant "new person" or "newbie". Oops!    So I took them off my ignore list straight away. If you don't report the right person for the right reason, the moderators just ignore it! There's nothing to worry about! 

I've done that more than once by accident and I don't think any damage has been done
