Re: What you got for Christmas.

i found it ironic that two of the books i got from my ultra-christian grandparents who only want me reading classics were 'the good man jesus and the scoundrel christ' (which is pretty good) and some other contemporary anti-religious book

cause a bird and a fish could fall in love/but where would they live?

I have Surrender, and Dig Your Own Hole. The latter is by far their best work, and one of the greatest albums in electronic music history.

$100 would be worth around 62 pounds. I think I'm going to donate it to wildlife conservation, although I'm not sure which specific charity.

Re: What you got for Christmas.

Some K'nex
Rules to a couple icehouse games
Some Icehouse pieces THAT I ALREADY HAVE GAH (we immediately went to this game store and traded them)
and about 90 pounds of origami paper (the weight, not the currency).

I emptied my piggie bank that I never used and am going to cash it in for the remaining Icehouse pieces I don't have yet. I don't think my game store used same-day shipping, but I hope I get them in time for board game night tonight  smile

bye 1.4, we all loved you. but we all outgrew the site. 2.0 is a welcome change.
