So I watch a lot of anime. The type of anime I watch takes place in all kinds of ganres but what I watch the most of is: romance, comedy, drama, sick/twisted, or anything with an awesome story line and plot.
I really want some suggestions about what shows I should watch. The anime I've already seen are the following: Clannad, air, karari revolution, save me lollipop, (only a bit of) Higurashi, fruits basket, host club, and Inu x Boku, (a bit of) shugo chara, (in the process of watching) angel beats, zero tsukaima, kanon, toradora, and chobits....Oh and Pokemon (duh)
So if you know of any good anime (that aren't the ones already listed) please let me know! Please do not suggest anime with a MA or R rating. I am allowed to watch some R anime but I watch anime online and you put in your age for it and since it thinks I'm "underaged" it won't let me watch it. So please keep it PG, PG-13, or TV-14 Thank you! I prefer TV-14 or PG-13

I've got some suggestions for you, but perhaps you should have posted in the anime/manga discussion thread.
Deltora Quest
Eureka Seven
Fullmetal Alchemist
Soul Eater
Trigun
Yu Yu Hakusho

Thanks! Forums confuse me though...I might just make a project and ask people to leave suggestions in the comments 0.0

Darn, I should have suggested you that. It's on my MyAnimeList, and it was a great show. I teared up a little bit.

Akira
Ghost in the Shell
Both absolute classics.
EDIT: darn, those are rated R. Still watch them when you're older.
Oh, and just wait until Animeboy sees this topic and screams Shugo Chara. :P

Princess Mononoke if you do film. It's PG-13, so it's right up your alley.
Also, Grave of the Fireflies if you like sad movies. Full english dub's on YouTube.
I'll check it out thx! And I've seen Grave of the Firflies, it's soooo sad! But it was incredibly good! And oh the irony of having it ENGLISH dubed....

Princess Mononoke was directed by Hayao Miyazaki, which considering you're an anime fan I'm sure you're familiar with. The films he's directed are:
Lupin III: The Castle of Caligstoro
Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind
Laputa: Castle in the Sky
My Neighbor Totoro
Kiki's Delivery Service
Porco Russo
Princess Mononoke
Spirited Away
Howl's Moving Castle
Ponyo
All four of the films I've seen by him are great, with Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke being in my all time top 10.
Also, for TV try Serial Experiments Lain if you don't mind really odd storylines and plot twists that are hard to follow. The original Japanese episodes with English subtitles are on YouTube. Other than that, I don't really watch anime television, so I can't think of anything else. But watch all of Miyazaki's stuff.

By the way, out of all the ones I mentioned, puella magi madoka magica is probably the best one (well, I don't really know about cardcaptor sakura). Even though the premise is kind of cheesy (magical girls fight witches) it's SUPER SAD AND OH MY GOD EVERYONE DIES and the animation is really amazing. The witch sequences aren't gory but they look super creepy O_o
