I had one that was making a "ojojojojojo" - noise every 5 minutes^^

a friend of mine got a christmas virus: 5 santas dancing on your desktop xD

Yeah some people would hate it but at least it doesn't wreck your computer.

It's not a virus, then. It's not even malware. It's called an (unwanted) browser extension. Perhaps you accidentally installed it? Companies like to trick you like that.

I don't remember any malware on the computer I use. Another one, though, always gets bad updates from Windows that screw with the computer. It reminds me of this.

I remember getting it when I downloaded G.I.M.P (the editing software that I never used).

Please review the posting guidelines for this forum section.  The intent of this section is to provide Scratchers with a place to share things they are reading or playing that they find inspirational.  I don't see how viruses fits into that category so I'm going to close it.
