1) This doesn't belong here.
2) Is the checkbox "Compress sounds and images" ticked on the upload pop-up?
3) Upload the newer project with the same name as the original project.

That is sometimes caused by a slow or unstable internet connection - or sometimes problems at the Scratch servers.  The first thing to do is to try it a few more times and see if you can get a successful upload after repeated attempts.  If that doesn't help - can you try the upload from a different network and/or different computer?

The upload limit is 10 mb - but it's not likely that you are running into that  - the error message then is different,

Make sure when you upload the project that it has the exact same name as the one online - and it will then replace the one online.  You may have to refresh the browser page to see the new version though.
