Stories and the such is an idea will work out as soon as we have a cloud system and users that actually get info from there. Perhaps we could have the equivalent of a RSS feed reader, as an app? c:

I believe we should start prototyping ideas to improve List OS. We should make mock-ups of:
-Cloud system. Simulate cloud lists in Scratch 1.4, and allow user to upload and download content from it.
-Stamping the list's output with a terminal font. (this one should be the easiest, hint hint)
-A simple scripting language.
-Any new apps you guys can think of.
@All programmers in this project, please tell us all if you decide to take care of any of these aspects. This way the "assignments" section will actually serve a purpose c:

For the first part, I could try prototyping it once I finish with my other Scratch program.

Alright then. I'm looking into the scripting language. It's looking kinda like Assembly code right now

Ugh I wish I could have Scratch 2.0's custom blocks right now, I'm using lots of functions that return values. D:<

The custom blocks don't return values in 2.0...

They don't? Shame. Well, even then it'll be much less complicated, as I'll only have to worry about the block and the variable with the returned value.
It'll still pretty silly to not let custom blocks be reporters. I don't think the idea of one is complicated enough to avoid it.

Yea. We can't make reporters, booleans, etc.

I have a working prototype of the cloud browser! Uploading now. I believe you, Firedrake, were working in the browser too?

I had no time, sorry. Where is the browser?

Here. Sorry for the delay - a bit of cleanup and added a 404 error message.
The URLs that currently work are cloud://home, cloud://test, and cloud://yay. Nothing too interesting yet, but it's a start

I'm not. I'm kinda regretting not posting the comment now.
Is anybody else here working on anything?

IDEA!
Upon first entering, the home screen is dull and bland. However, you can personalize it to say "Welcome, [username]!" and whatever else you want.
