I just got an Arduino UNO for christmas, and it came with this thing called a "small 8x8 Orange Matrix". I know basically what it is, 64 LEDs in a case. I don't know how to use it, though. Does anyone know how? I've tried looking other places, but every place I looked gave an answer that disagreed with the last.

Look for a datasheet in Google. Knowing the exact model will help a lot.

LED grids typically need multiplexers, but that's all I really know about them.

there's a thing on the label that says http://www.adafru.it/1048. I know that that's a URL, and when I try to go to it, it takes me to www.adafruit.com.
