Can you tag others to your project?

@blablabla or #blablabla? I just want certain people to know about certain projects

You can tag their names, but it won't notify them.

You could, say, use @ to refer to someone in a conversation, but they won't get notified.

This would be a great feature for 2.0, though  tongue  Especially given the ST is going for a more social direction.
