i click on a project. it takes me to the project, and the project player itself doesn't load. there is just a big white space instead, no loading bars, no nothing. the page itself isn't displaying the loading icon. i cleared the cache and it still won't work. it was working earlier today.

This is strange; I've never heard of this happening. So did you or anyone else do anything significant to your computer between when the Flash Player last worked and when it stopped working?

This happens for me when it's loading a big project, although it only does it for about 10 seconds, then it starts loading. Are you using the latest flash player? Have you changed any web settings recently or anything?

The flash player updated so i think that's the problem.

if the update was the problem, then clearing the cache should have solved it. i am thinking it was a browser-related problem

No, because you're using firefox and i'm using google chrome.
