I cannot give an entire project to you because this looks like it was a homework assignment of some kind, though I could give you an idea and some instructions for it.

So, something you could try creating is a project similar to a slide show. So, if you do that, then what you'll need to do is use the background for pictures, and then you could use sprites and sounds to animate your pictures. Then you'll need to build a script to transition between each of those pictures and you should be good with this!
