Is there an app for scratch?

I mean is there? I would love the idea and my computer sometimes is available but my ipad is! So it really would be great for that to happen!

There used to be, but thanks to Apple's rules, it got deleted because it interprets code.

This is as close as you can get: Snap! Scratch in Javascript

Make it in Scratch! because it's cooler when it's made in scratch
