It's always good to get used to the forums, but you shouldn't spam.

Hi, Scratch is a wonderful learning platform that is both intuitive and addictive. I wish its futures release has a compiler mode as well with advanced 3D graphical blocks.

Hey guys!
I'm a newish scratcher here?
I'm interested to do some game programming and I'm currently testing out with flash.
I chose scratch because you don't really have to touch code unlike some other programs.
Well hai everyone
~Smice
Note:
I'm currently doing sprites!
If you want sprites remember to request!
http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?pid=1468350#p1468350
I don't need any sprites, nor will I in the future, though I still wish you good luck with your sprites!
Anyway, hello Smice and welcome to Scratch!

I am sort of new. Not really. Newish to the website, but I have been working with scratch for over two years now.
Well that's great! That means you have more flexibility in what you can make, and that your projects will be nicer.
Anyhow, hello Bfoot and welcome to the Scratch website! I wish you a great time here!

well I can't say I'm exactly new to scratch since I had a class in it. but I am new to the forum. I'll probably be looking for some cool tricks to add to my existing games.
Well that's good to hear! Remember, you can always ask in the Help with Scripts forums for cool tricks for your projects.
Aside from that, hello meleeman and welcome to the Scratch forums! I wish you a wonderful stay here!

Scratch will never have advanced 3D blocks because it's made with a 2D enviroment. And the compiler probably won't be added either, though there are scratch mods that could do that.
Anyway, hello sm9449 and welcome to Scratch! I wish you good luck with whatever you're working on!

By the way, curiouscrab made this script for noisypear who can't spell scratchblocks correctly.

Hello all, I'm a newbie here and love this Scratch programming.
While learning this new language, I decided to learn while practicing with a program from my spreadsheet, but I wonder if there is something I am doing wrong with the asin function; for instance asin(0.3243243243243243) should return the answer of 0.3302973... but in scratch I am getting an answer of 18.92464441605123.
Please advise.
