Pictures at the bottom of posts?

I see some people have pictures at the bottom of their posts that can act as links to projects and stuff. Can someone tell me how to get them?

You have to get the rank '''Scratcher'' to get these. Just keep posting on here , and create atleast 3 projects and wait 1 month.
