I think Scratch should have a special forum for everybody to see the best forum posts in Scratch history. The moderators will select carefully from the leading posts (based on views and comments) and place them in this special forum. It will help new scratchers by showing them how to create a good forum post without having to search for a good post to idolize. I would help more experienced scratchers by allowing them to access these great posts easier.
Another reason why we should do this is because since there are several good forum posts belonging to those who have moved on and haven't been bumped because the scratcher has left. It is extremely hard to find those posts.
Hope you consider my insight and please reply if you might find something to add. Thanks!

Sorry, but no. There's no real point in promoting posts that aren't important. If the scratchers want it to stay up, it will. It will also be unfair, as every scratcher would want their post there.

if the problem is that we can no longer find things, then 2.0 should fix this because the forums have an improved search feature.
if the problem is that new scratchers don't know how to post well, then make a tutorial yourself in the New Scratchers forum.
this isn't needed because there are alternative solutions.
