Scratch Sever
A Scratch Sever the url :http://sever.scratch.mit.edu/
We have a database where we can convert files to Scratch Blocks e.g Open URL www.google.com/ then you publish the block to scratch where it updates the current version of Scratch without re-downloading.Scratch Sever should be free.

And we should be able to view cloud varibales and flag them
we could also have a virus checker because people could send a virus via there project/block to scratch sever then somehow transfer it to scratch.mit.edu
For saftey of hacking we could have computer system regastration so we can have double protection to our Scratch Sever Accounts
Also a limited block uploading amount 2 blocks per user and projects unlimited

No, anyone can open malicious websites, and too many blocks uploaded.
