Top Scratchers of The Month list!

I think that would be so better way to promote good scratchers.

It can be based on time active + sum number of love it's on all projects + projects and profile views and everything

Good idea! However, I don't think it should be based on how popular they are, I think it should be determind by a competition, where you cannot vote for famous scratchers, and the winners get there.

Scratch is an educational website, intended to allow one to express his creativity. Creative and innovative projects are, ideally, the ones that get attention - that's what the front page is for, why we have curators and a section for featured projects.

The fact that Scratchers such as scratchU8 and JJROCKER (nothing against them) constantly get front page, and the attention of the whole website is already against the vein of the Scratch website, and in my opinion, should be erradicated. Recent updates to the front page system have done this quite well, actually. So,
