How do I switch screens on a map?
I'm trying to make a game with a top down view (like The Legend of Zelda) and I can't get the screen to change to a different area of the map. I need help with a script to change the background to a different costume. Please reply with some ideas and scripts!

How to change a background (stage only).
In the top right corner of scratch program, press looks.
you will see a list of purple blocks
Use this to change backgrounds:
switch to background [background1 v]How to change a costume (sprites only).
In the top right corner of scratch program, press looks.
you will see a list of purple blocks
Use this to change costumes:
switch to costume [costume1 v]If you mean scrolling,
don't use this. You will have to make large amounts of sprites, causing lag.
Use this instead.
