Exporting Scratch to a different script?

Is there any way to export a Scratch project into a different script? Java or swf for example.  Anyone interested checkout my Beta space shooter S.E.T.I  http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/jess48/2968435

For Java, you can use toJAR (search around a bit for it), and for a .exe, you can use Scratch2Exe.
