I looked, and it's because the signature image of that person was hosted on the site I mentioned above.

Yeah. freeimagehosting is blocked by Google.
I tried removing the images but I can't retrace all of the posts with images in them.

The site appears to be a Scratcher-made site, so it's likely that it got injected with malicious code at some point recently.
