I recently thought of a good idea for a mob:
An Ender Slime
I doubt that will be added though because enderman are already annoying, and there are two types of slimes anyway.
I believe that would make a good mod, even though I bet it's already been made.

I have an idea for a mob...
Prowlers. They have a herobrine skin with a black robe, and carry a diamond pick. They will steal the first 2 stacks in a chest.
