like that green line in the middle with the condition of...with pen tool and whole background or the line should be moving to the left like change x by -2 forever

I'd create one script controlling the x position ("change x by -2") and another one to control the y position that keeps looping to make it look like a regular heartbeat, if that's what you're trying to make.

but the main point is that i dont want to move my sprite from left to right that is my sprite will remain stationary but the background will be moving from right to left...did anyone able to understand ???can any one help me out??

I think the easiest way to do that would be with an animation (using costumes) rather than a script.

Ah I think I see what you mean... you want to draw onto the background and then have what you draw continuously go left...
This type of thing?
