Hi !!
I am a new scratcher ( you should have seen it in my status).
I have a friend named [removed] , Which is making a disturbance in comment thread of my project named [removed], Saying that I stole his/her idea, Can This be stopped ? It's really very annoying and disturbing. Give me any way, but i don't want to hurt anyone's feelings .

when gf clicked
say [ Please Help Me !!! v ] 
when I receive [ Comment v ]
pen down
repeat until <(timer) > [ Infinity ]>
  go to [New Comment]
say [ Thank you very much v ]
end
think [What is criteria for becoming a Complete scratcher ?] for (3) secs
pen up
forever
say [ Come and see my projects also v !!! ] for (3) secs

I'm sorry this is happening to you. Because is is a sensitive, private matter, it's better to privately contact the Scratch Team about the issue so they can help you.

It isn't okay to use the Scratch Forums as a way to report others - that often makes a situation worse. In sticky situations like this, it's best to just flag/report the comment and let the Scratch Team handle it, like everyone else has stated earlier n the thread.
