Free and Open Web
Today, on google, I noticed something google was taking part in.
Free and Open Web is about a group of people getting together to decrease censorship and keep the internet free. (aka, they're against people who want SOPA and PIPA again). So, go to freeandopenweb.com. IT"S SUPER COOL!
(and no, I am not a spammer.)

Implies that free and open web is trying to get together and increase censorship. A better way to say it would be:
Free and open web is a group of people trying to stop governments from being allowed to censor the internet and regulate the internet more often.

A lot of them know that. However, the people with a lot of money, such as the media companies and groups (RIAA, MPAA, etc.) do want it, to make more money, and many members of the government want to support these businesses in "defending" their "property"
