Banning
QUESTION TIME!!!!
1. What is "banning"?
2. How do you get banned?
3. For what reasons do you get banned?
4. How do you find out you got banned?
5. What if you make a different account to get around the ban?
6. Can you get banned for the following: cussing, demeaning, and disturbing other people?
7. How long does a ban usually last?
8. Who delivers the ban?
9. What if you don't fix your issues after your ban is done?
9.5) Do elephants eat peanut butter jelly sandwiches? XD
10. Do you get banned for asking too many questions about banning?

1. When a user is not allowed to access the site due to bad behavior (see #2 for more info on that)
2. Bad behavior, which can be posting inappropriate projects, swearing excessively, trolling, or being disrespectful (or just anything not nice)

4. When you visit the site, you will see a message like this:
5. See the image. That other one gets banned, and the ban on the original one gets extended
6. Yes, definitely. That is not allowed at all, and is against the "Be respectful" and "Keep the site friendly" part of the community guidelines
7. 3 days (for the first time), and double the length of the last ban for each time after that

9. You get banned again, and it is longer

If you are disrespectful or mean or spam, you get banned. Usually, a ban is 2 weeks, though the ST can change this depending on the severity of the problem or how ever many times you've been banned.

I'm not sure where you got your information - but I don't think it is right. The first block is usually half a week. The length doubles for any subsequent blocks.
Accounts are blocked when the account owner goes against the Community Guidelines. In the forums, there are additional guidelines for most sections of the forums: look for the topics at the top of the index that have been "stickied".

You have to contact the ST to get unbanned, though.

If they did something really bad, it can be longer. They also have to be sure to give their word that they agree to the ToU.
