what's your criteria? may I suggest:
Game Name
""Copy and paste the description into here.
Game Design /10
""On this line talk about addictiveness, and whether the game design wanted to keep you playing as well as how much you enjoyed how fun it was. If it is a platformer which uses unique levels such as using unique traps or items to collect that would come under Originality.
Originality /10
""On this line talk about whether the idea is original. Just because you've never heard of something like it does not make it original, as when you look into it the game could be pretty much a copy of many other games. Also, a platformer may not sound different, but if it has special characters and the levels have unique obstacles which do not appear often then why not give them extra points for turning an old idea into something fresh? So sometimes a game maybe an old idea that's been made fresh or a new idea that was inspired from other games.
Ease Of Use /5
""On this line talk about the usefulness (or lack of) tutorials, as well as controls and hand comfort during games. Did you have to stay in a weird position to play the game?
Difficulty Balance /5
""On this line talk about whether it was too hard, too easy or if there were options to change the difficulty. Remember, even if there are options does not mean it gets a perfect score. An easy option may still be too hard and complicated and the expert option may still be easy. Also, if there's only two options and there is a huge leap between the two, perhaps a middle one would be an improvement to offer. If a game has been designed well enough, it should not need any options at all. If the game is hard to work out or use, the Ease of Use score may affect this score as well, so keep that in mind.
Graphics /5
""On this line talk about how good it looks and how smooth or still the animations were.
Sound /5
""On this line talk about whether the music was good, too repetitive or even non-existent. Also, if the game has sound effects than does it have enough? Are each of good quality?
Firing Round /10
""On here there are no descriptions, instead the creator will either get a 0 (lowest), a 1 or a 2 (highest). If they get 2 points in each, they get the full 10 points. As said before, no justification is needed. Write the number you give them in the fraction next to each heading, but leave the key so that the player knows why they got it.
Reliability /2
0 (Very Glitchy) 1 (A few glitches) 2 (Hardly any glitches)
Game Length /2
0 (Too Short) 1 (Descent Length) 2 (Long lasting or endless)
Game Pace /2
0 (Very slow or too long for it's own sake) 1 (Quite engrossing) 2 (Very well paced and fun)
Replay Value /2
0 (Would never replay/ did not want to finish it the first time) 1 (Might replay) 2 (Too good to stop!)
Programming /2
0 (Simple to make) 1 (Fairly advanced) 2 (It was very complex)
Message to the project creator: Do not be disheartened if you get 0 here, as even the simplest of games can score high in many other categories, especially ease of use and game design.
Overall Experience /50
""On this line talk about general points, and perhaps repeat the most important points from before. This is about how you enjoyed it overall, rather than a bonus points section. Usually rewards for extra features come under Originality.

Holy....Holy. This was just..Amazing. I am surprised that this was able to be done on scratch and to be honest, Played flawlessly online. This game is just so complex. It is lie SimCity, if you've ever played that. I love the SimCity series and so I honestly loved this game. This is some of the best scratch has to offer. It's not for everyone, though. It's a very slow paced game that involves a lot of strategy and planning, just like SimCity!
After this review, I'll probably go play it again! I love the saving feature. That's it for my opinions. Now for the numbers.

Fun Factor: (very hard to rate, due to different tastes for different people. My personal rating is 9/10, but I can see others giving it less.)

Uh, GenChico, I don't want to hurt your feelings. But you asked for this, remember that. It was a very basic game that I could have easily made. The 2 player mode was fun, but it had no score system! The main game was just the same as so many other pong games on Scratch. Dude, you have to try better.
Graphics: 10/10 (it looke djust like pong! )

thanks! yeah, my review system was a little complex! like my game though! however, I was beaten on graphics by that pong game? This has day/night graphics, with a smooth transition between time, plus a cool-looking advisor and many bright buttons for stylish interfaces that can be moved above gorgeous backgrounds. And don't get me started on the 158 building costumes! (57*4 for each time of day) I had to do four so that their shadows would move based on the sun. Either this deserves a higher mark for graphics or pong needs to go down, it's just some lines and dots!!!
